**No Refunds or Exchanges Policy**

Due to the customized nature of our services, Ai10x does not offer refunds or exchanges once a project has commenced. We invest significant resources and time into planning, developing, and executing our services, tailored to each client's specific needs. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or issues they may have during the course of a project, as our primary aim is to ensure satisfaction with the outcome.

However, clients forfeit any money paid if they fail to uphold their end of the agreement, including timely communication, provision of necessary materials or information, and adherence to agreed payment schedules.

**Exception for Conflicts of Interest**

Notwithstanding the above, Ai10x deserves the right to issue a refund at our discretion in cases where a conflict of interest arises after project commencement. A conflict of interest may include, but is not limited to, situations where both parties are not in agreement on fundamental aspects of the project, or other circumstances that prevent Ai10x from providing services in a manner that aligns with our ethical guidelines or professional standards. In such cases, we will provide a partial or full refund of any money paid, depending on the stage of work completed and resources expended at the time the conflict is identified.
